LogoSystems' Solution

We provide Mowat & Co with an onsite support subscription to cover their Macs and their macOS Server.
On top of the day-to-day maintenance and proactive fault-monitoring, we recently migrated them from their old email system to a state-of-the-art Microsoft Office 365 Business-Class Email solution.

Office 365 is cloud-based and offers greater security and accessibility, giving them peace of mind while maintaining the importance of confidentiality for their clients.

When a water leak from an upstairs neighbour caused a complete Network outage we were there to get them straight back up and running.

More recently we have assisted with mobilising the business to be able to successfully work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We spoke to Mowat & Co.'s office manager, Rohan Kempadoo:
What challenges were you experiencing prior to coming on board with LogoSystems?

“Thankfully LogoSystems were already the IT support team when I took up my position so challenges were at a minimum.”

How have you/your business benefited since becoming a LogoSystems customer?

“We have gone through some major upgrades to our IT architecture, and LogoSystems have been integral to this.
