Our service desk is fully operational and we are responding to all support subscription customers as normal. Our team is set up to receive calls to our office phone number and has been given the necessary equipment to provide remote assistance from home.

Does this affect workshop repairs

Our workshops are currently closed for walk in repairs until further notice. We are offering a contact free collection & delivery service operating by appointment only. Please contact us to make a repair enquiry.

What have we done to help our clients?

We are extremely proud, that in this unprecedented time we have managed to mobilise our entire customer base to work from home within two weeks. We are aware of support companies charging clients £100 per device to configure them to work from home, however we took the decision early on to not charge our existing Support Subscription clients for configuring them to work from home. We have built secure VPN connections to ensure that our clients with office based servers can access their data remotely and installed new servers for the clients that didn't have the correct infrastructure.
