MacWorkshop support is available anywhere in the UK
When a Mac problem arises, contact our telephone or email helpdesk and one of our Apple Certified Technicians will assist you. If a problem cannot be resolved by email instructions or telephone we remotely connect to your Mac and assist. Demonstrate the issue and we take control to rectify the situation. If a Mac needs Workshop attention it will go to the front of the queue and you will not pay any labour charges.
If you have a workshop subscription you can also purchase additional bulk packs of pre-paid hours for installations and upgrades at heavily discounted prices.
You can mix and match levels for sites with multiple Macs.

*Prices per Mac per month. Minimum subscription term 12 months after which agreement can be cancelled at any time. Prices exclude VAT. Parts are chargeable
