MacRemote support is available worldwide
When a Mac problem arises, contact our telephone or email helpdesk and one of our Apple Certified Technicians will assist you. If a problem cannot be resolved by email instructions or telephone we remotely connect to your Mac and assist. Demonstrate the issue and we take control to rectify the situation.
If you have a Remote subscription you can also purchase additional bulk packs of pre-paid hours for repairs, installations and upgrades at heavily discounted prices.
You can mix and match levels for sites with multiple Macs.

*Prices per Mac per month. Minimum subscription term 12 months after which agreement can be cancelled at any time. Prices exclude VAT. Parts are chargeable
