When a Mac problem arises, contact our telephone or email helpdesk and one of our Apple Certified Technicians will assist you. If a problem cannot be resolved by email instructions or telephone we remotely connect to your Mac and assist. Demonstrate the issue and we take control to rectify the situation.
If a Mac needs Workshop attention it will go to the front of the queue and you will not pay any labour charges.
If a technician needs to attend site to action a repair there will be an express response with no callout or labour charges. We will also cary out preventative maintenance checks every quarter.
If you have an onsite subscription you can also purchase additional bulk packs of pre-paid hours for installations and upgrades at heavily discounted prices. You can mix and match levels for sites with multiple Macs.
