Once you have booked a remote repair we will contact you with instructions to allow us access to the Mac.
Workshop repairs are strictly by appointment only.
Once you have booked a workshop repair we will contact you to confirm an appointment.
Diagnostics are normally carried out within 8-16 working hours, however our subscription customers will always take priority. You will receive a diagnosis and quotation prepared by an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician.
We also include the first hour’s labour for any repair works.
The diagnosis fee is non refundable, however, if you choose not to go ahead with the quoted repair, where possible, the transfer of data from the faulty device to a new device or storage location is included.
