Following our analysis which is normally completed within 12-48 hours you will receive a diagnosis and quotation prepared by an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician. We also include the first hour of labour for any repair. (We very rarely go into more than one hours labour)
The diagnosis fee is not refundable, however, if you choose not to go ahead with the quoted repair [where possible] the transfer of data from the faulty device to a new device or storage location is included.
