Why would I need a support subscription?
Non subscription customers who request support are charged £60 for express service, £150 call out fee if we attend site and £120 per hour.
Our onsite support subscription customers get all this included as well as unlimited support.

We are a small friendly business established in 1990.
All our technicians are fully qualified to deal with GDPR and data protection and we have multiple confidentiality agreements in place.
We build long term relationships with our subscription customers creating an environment of trust.
Unlimited access to our Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians, dedicated helpdesk and online ticketing system.
Our technicians are available to discuss support issues and offer advice to our support subscription customers.
Our Remote Monitoring & Management system checks for failures and warns us when issues arise.
When a problem arises we connect to the Mac remotely to assist or watch while the issue is demonstrate to one of our technicians.
We provide Microsoft 365 accounts, manage email domains, add and remove email addresses, forwards and diverts and offer full support to users.
Any charges for labour relating to fault finding and repairs is included with a support subscription, normally charged at £120 per hour.
If a Mac needs to come into our workshop it jumps straight to the front of the queue, Normally charged at £60.
Any visits to site relating to troubleshooting and repairs are included and are within 8 working hours. Normally charged at £210.
We offer scheduled remote or onsite preventative maintenance to look for unwanted Apps, Adware, Malware and perform upgrades.
