TERMS AND CONDITIONS By downloading the application below and entering the repair number given by LogoSystems, you, "the customer" agree to a LogoSystems Apple Certified Macintosh Engineer taking control of your computer and making a very best attempt to correct the fault as reported to us. LogoSystems cannot be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from a support session. Although our support technicians take precautions, there is always a risk, however small, of accidental data loss whilst working on a computer system with a fault. The backing up of any data on the computer system is always the customers responsibility therefore all customers are expected to keep regular backups of data. LogoSystems reserve the right to add remove or install software (not customer data) during the remote support session that, in the technicians opinion, maybe causing problems or is unnecessary.If during the remote support session we conclude that the fault cannot be fixed remotely, we will suggest the next steps you might take to repair your computer, which might include an on-site engineer call out from us. You are responsible for the costs of any subsequent call out required to fix the problem however if it is decided that a call out is required within 24 hours of the remote support session then the cost of the remote support session will be waivered (or refunded). LogoSystems remote support only covers computer problems that can be fixed remotely. Some computer problems cannot be fixed online or by telephone. Remote support does not cover the cost of replacement parts, software, labour, or services from third-party service providers. LogoSystems cannot be held responsible for the failure of a Broadband line or connection during a remote support session. Payment for the service will not be taken until the remote repair has been successfully completed (except when the customer has a maintenance contract or remote support contract).

(If the installation was not blocked and you're still having trouble, read this). To unblock installation from Google: 1. Click "Edit Options..." in the bar at the top of the page.
