If your Macintosh is still within the first year of purchase then we can repair any hardware faults free of charge.
This covers all parts and labour. In order to get the machine fixed completely free of charge you will need to bring it to our workshops in Greenwich (and subsequently collect it). A warranty repair can be carried out on your site for a call out fee of £100.00 should you be unable to get to us. We will keep you informed of all aspects of the repair as it is carried out. We try to turn around all repairs as fast as possible and are only ever held back by a part being out of stock. Most parts are readily available but occasionally a part can take a little longer to obtain. If you are desperate we can sometimes offer a “get to the front of the queue” service for £100.00*. Please note that this will not get you ahead of contract customers.
Your warranty does not cover accidental damage or software problems. If the problem is due to accidental damage or a software problem you mayl be charged for the repair. We will contact you before any chargeable repairs are carried out to inform you of this.
Customers within the first 90 days of ownership are eligible for unlimited complimentary phone support on 0870 876 0753.
You can purchase an AppleCare Protection Plan while still covered by the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty to extend your total coverage to three years. To do so please contact us on 020 8469 2222
Please call our office on 020 8469 2222 to book your warranty repair. We will then give you a unique call number that will be used to reference the call during its repair process. If your computer is very close to the end of its first year we may need you to provide us with proof of purchase. When calling us please have the serial number of the faulty unit available.
