We take control of your machine via your broadband line. This reduces response times, speeds up repair times and reduces both of our carbon footprints !!

We are now able to offer all customers (with a working broadband internet connection) a remote repair service. This means that we can connect to your Apple computer remotely and repair any problems that you may be having while you sit back and watch. Obviously there is a limit to what we can repair remotely, but most software problems are usually fixable using this method.

The service works in four simple steps:

1. You download the small application by clicking on the link below.
2. Once it has downloaded you double click on it and enter the unique code for your repair.
3. Click OK.
4. We connect and get a replica of your screen on our screen - we can now use your machine as if it were in our office and repair it.
5. NO FIX NO FEE !! Simple as that !

Before we begin we will ask for your card payment details. Once the repair is complete, we will charge £75.00* to your chosen payment card. You will not be charged until we have agreed that the requested work has been completed.
