Pay As You Go
 

When your Macintosh is outside the first year of its life and you did not purchase AppleCare or a LogoSystems support contract then the repair will be carried out on a `"Pay as you go" basis.
We can provide an engineer to your site for a call out fee of £100.00* or you can deliver the faulty equipment to our workshop. We will keep you informed of all aspects of the repair and we will quote you before any work is carried out. If you do not go ahead with the quoted repair we charge an inspection fee of £75.00*.
We turn around all repairs as fast as possible and are only ever held back by a part being out of stock. Most parts are readily available for Apple kit up to six years old but occasionally a part can take a little longer to obtain.
If your computer is more than six years old then we may still have the parts. It’s worth a call. Our labour is charged at £75.00* per hour and all parts used are genuine Apple sourced directly from Apple.
If you are desperate we offer an express diagnosis service for £50.00*. Please be aware that this will not get you ahead of LogoSystems support contract customers.
