Macintosh AppleCare
 

If your Macintosh is covered by an AppleCare agreement then we can repair hardware faults free of charge.
This covers all parts and labour. To carry out an AppleCare repair we need you to get the faulty equipment to our workshop in Greenwich and subsequently collect it.. We will keep you informed of all aspects of the repair. We try to turn around all repairs as fast as possible and are only ever held back by a part being out of stock. Most parts are readily available but occasionally a ?part can take a little longer to obtain. If you are desperate we can sometimes offer a “get to the front of the queue” service for £100.00*. This will not get you ahead of Contract customers.

Your AppleCare does not cover accidental damage or software problems. If the problem is due to accidental damage or software you will be charged for the repair. If you feel that the problem may be software related then we recommend that you cal Apple on 0870 876 0753. We will contact you first to inform you of this.

Please call our office on 020 8469 2222 to book a call. We will then give you a unique call number that will be used to reference the call during it’s repair process. When calling us please have the serial number of the faulty unit available.

If you wish to purchase an AppleCare agreement the equipment you want covered must still be within the first year of purchase. We can provide AppleCare coverage for all Apple equipment. Please contact us on 020 8469 2222 for details.
