If your Macintosh is covered by an AppleCare agreement then we can repair hardware faults free of charge. (With the exception of accidental damage) We turn all repairs around as fast as possible (our current AppleCare average is 3 days) and are only ever held back by a part being out of stock. Apple are excellent with their parts logistics and most parts are readily available but occasionally a part can take a little longer to obtain.

We can provide AppleCare coverage for all Apple equipment. Every Mac and Apple display comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. The AppleCare Protection Plan extends your coverage to three years from the original purchase date. We have listed exactly what you get at the bottom of this page.

Only machines that are in their first year of warranty qualify for an AppleCare agreement.
