When your iPod is outside the first year of purchase and you did not purchase AppleCare then the repair will be carried out on a chargeable basis.
When you deliver (or send by recorded delivery) the faulty iPod to our workshop we will analyse the fault. We will keep you informed of all aspects of the repair and we will quote you before any work is carried out. If you do not go ahead with the quoted repair we charge an inspection fee of £15.00*.
We turn around all repairs as fast as possible and are only ever held back by a part being out of stock. Most parts are readily available for iPods but occasionally a part can take a little longer to obtain.
